Our Flat

S: The flat is old, cozy, small, and warm so it unlike our apartment is Germany which was brighter and bigger. The refrigerator is puny like our one in Germany.  Right out my window is a cemetery so I can hear zombies at night.

E: I like the apartment because it is cozy. The only part I don’t like is that I don’t get to have my own bed, and I have to share with mom, and there is no wifi. That makes it a little like living in Downton Abbey (which does not have wifi). It is on a busy street, and in my bedroom I hear traffic and motorcycles all night. It stays bright outside really late.

A: I like the wallpaper in the apartment. The chairs are comfortable for reading.  I hear ghosts but no zombies at night.  There is no air conditioning, but we don’t need it because it is cold.
